Art Historian & Public Humanist
I am a Colombia-born, Brooklyn-based art historian and political scientist with over a decade of experience in developing and leading academic, museological, and public humanities projects.
My areas of specialty include modern and contemporary Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx art, and the intersections of art history, queerness, and spiritualities. I have worked as a researcher, essayist, arts administrator, educator, and cultural events organizer.
As a PhD in Art History from Columbia University and a Fulbright Scholar for an MA in Art History at New York University's Institute of Fine Arts, I have dedicated my career to excellence and the inclusion of underrepresented voices in my fields.
